Chef Đạt — Local Chef & Founder

Born and raised in Nha Trang, Chef Đạt has spent over 15 years perfecting the art of Vietnamese home cooking. He believes that the best food comes from fresh ingredients, simple techniques, and lots of love.

After years working in local restaurants and hotels, Chef Đạt founded Viet Garden Cooking Class to share the authentic flavors of his homeland with travelers from all over the world.

His warm, patient teaching style and passion for culture have earned him hundreds of 5-star reviews on TripAdvisor. When you cook with Chef Đạt, you're not just learning recipes — you're making a friend and taking home a piece of Vietnam.
